refund Policy

Overview

There are no refunds for a reading that you has been received,  or a reading that has begun to be worked on, We  are not responsible for wrong emails sent to us on your behalf.  If however you would like to cancel your reading before a reading has been completed for you we will gladly refund your payment which is usually within an hour providing and again that it is not been worked on. 

Refunds

All paid readings must be used up within 30 days of initial payment, (for example – you have paid for a reading however have not sent in a question, your details or make an appointment for a live reading and do not schedule to have your reading done.. This does not apply to Sale or discounted readings. 

All request for Readings will have an acknowledgement within 24hrs however, once your acknowledgement has been sent to you after payment. For a Full Refund you have a right to have your money refunded if not delivered to you within 24 working hours from the time of your emailed acknowledgment from The Oracles Eye and you are not willing to wait for the delivery of your reading as sometimes the demand for readings causes a delay. however, please note that all refunds must be requested by email. 

If you are due a refund: Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  f you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your  original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale Readings and Services

Due to popularity please note that all Readings and Services on sale and or discounted rates may take longer for you to receive there for there are absolutely no refunds. Sale readings or services cannot be refunded. If you have not received your discounted or on sale Reading/Service within 48 hours and we will work very hard to deliver to you as soon as possible. 

Exchanged

The services we provide are bespoke for you and only you based on your original request therefore may not be exchanged.
